HACC Seizes Zvyagintsev’s Property image

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has seized a residential building and land in the Kyiv region of the acting head of the State Customs Service, Serhiy Zvyagintsev, as part of a civil confiscation lawsuit.

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit to confiscate the assets of the Acting Head of the State Customs Service Zvyagintsev. In it, the prosecutor requested the confiscation of a residential building with a total area of ​​236.8 square meters and a land plot under it with an area of ​​0.12 hectares in Ivankovychy, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region. The specified property is registered in the name of Zvyagintsev's father-in-law Mykola Nikov. According to the prosecutor's office, Zvyagintsev and his relatives did not have sufficient funds to purchase these assets.

The application of the SAPO prosecutor to secure the claim against (Zvyagintsev) to declare the assets unfounded and recover them to the state revenue is granted. To impose an arrest on: a residential building with a total area of ​​236.8 sq. m; a land plot with an area of ​​0.12 ha. The arrest is imposed without a ban on the use of the property
