HACC Keeps Ex-Head of Rubizhne RMA in Custody

The High Anti-Corruption Court has remanded former head of the Rubizhna City Military Administration Andriy Yurchenko in custody and has not changed his bail of UAH 6 million. NABU and SAPO suspect him of involvement in the case of MP Oleksiy Kuznetsov.

As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested Yurchenko and set him an alternative bail of UAH 6 million. The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left this decision unchanged. Later, Yurchenko's defense lawyer filed a motion to change the preventive measure.

To refuse to grant the lawyer's request to change the preventive measure. The decision is not subject to appeal and enters into legal force from the moment of announcement.
