HACC Extends Ex-Director Sushon’s Duties

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of the former director of the state-owned enterprise "Ukrkomunobslugovuvannya" Alla Sushon until November 1. She is suspected of receiving illegal benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court set a bail of UAH 5 million for Sushon with the imposition of obligations. She is obliged to: appear upon first demand; not leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; report any change of her place of residence and place of work; hand over her foreign passports and refrain from communicating with a number of persons.
The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that these duties be extended. The court partially supported the request, allowing Suchon to move freely around Ukraine.
The motion of the SAPO prosecutor to extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect (Sushon) in criminal proceedings is partially granted. To extend the term of the suspect's duties stipulated in Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code until November 1, 2025 inclusive, but not longer than the term of the pre-trial investigation
Let us remind you that Alla Sushon is a figurehead of the EBK base.
Previously, the Appeals Chamber saw no grounds for changing the preventive measure applied to the former director of the state-owned enterprise "Ukrkomunobslugovuvannya" Alla Sushon in the case of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov.
