HACC Upholds Suspicion Against Ex-CEO Zyusko image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has again left the former general director of the state-owned enterprise Ukrvuhillia Vitaliy Ziusk under suspicion. NABU and SAPO suspect him of embezzlement of almost UAH 12 million.

As is known, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left Ziusk under suspicion. His lawyer filed a complaint against the suspicion again.

The complaint shall be dismissed. The decision may be appealed directly to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court within 5 days from the date of its announcement. If the decision was made without summoning the person appealing it, the time limit for appealing the decision for such a person shall be calculated from the date of receipt by him of a copy of the court decision.
