HACC returns UAH 5 mln bail in Kyrylenko case
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has returned five million hryvnias of bail in the case against the former head of the Donetsk regional administration and head of the Anti-Corruption Commission of Ukraine Pavlo Kyrylenko, who is suspected of false declarations and illegal enrichment of over 72 million hryvnias.
This is stated in the resolution of the High Anti-Corruption Court, which was published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions on February 20.
To return to the limited liability company "Keramet" funds in the amount of UAH 5,000,000 deposited by it as bail for the suspect [...] in accordance with the decision of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated August 28, 2024
In January 2026, Pavlo Kyrylenko's defense filed a motion with the court to reduce Pavlo Kyrylenko's bail from 25 million to 10 million hryvnias, arguing that the defendant was properly fulfilling his duties. On January 19, the court partially granted this motion and reduced the bail to 20 million hryvnias.
Pavlo Kyrylenko is a suspect in the EBK database.
Earlier it became known that law enforcement officers have sent another case to court against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) Pavlo Kyrylenko and his wife. According to anti-corruption authorities, the official did not declare 20 real estate properties and a car for 2024.
