HACC Reimposes Duties on Ex-Kyiv Land Agency Official
The High Anti-Corruption Court has re-imposed duties on the former acting first deputy head of the State Enterprise "Research and Design Institute of Land Management" Oleg Levchenko. The SAPO accuses him of organizing the seizure of more than 1,200 hectares of land near Kyiv .
As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested Levchenko with the alternative of 3 million UAH bail. These funds were deposited and he was released from custody under the following obligations: to appear upon every demand; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with the suspects in this criminal proceeding and to hand over his foreign passports.
These duties expired on August 4, and therefore the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that they be reassigned.
To grant the request of the SAPO prosecutor. To impose on the accused (Levchenko) a preventive measure in the form of bail, for a period of two months, i.e. until November 1, 2026, in connection with the application of a preventive measure against him.
