The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled for consideration an indictment against former assistant to MP Gennady Kasai, director of the private scientific and production company "MS Avia-Grade" Dmytro Parkhisenko, and others for misappropriation of funds.

The owner of the company "Aksaria" LLC, Mykhailo Burtsev, former head of the repair department of the Central Directorate for Aviation and Air Defense Armaments of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Konstantin But, and former deputy head of the department for organizing aviation support and restoration of the Central Directorate for Aviation and Air Defense Armaments of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Volodymyr Vysotsky, are also accused in the case.

To schedule a trial of the criminal proceedings for 15:30 on May 14, 2026, to be held in the courtroom of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
