HACC Sets Burkhan Case Hearing for June 17

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for June 17 in the case of the accusation of the former head of the Verkhniodniprovskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Serhiy Burkhan, of receiving $2,500 in illegal gain.

To schedule an open preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on the accusation (of Serhiy Burkhan – ed.) of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for June 17, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court

Serhiy Burkhan is a figure in the EBK database.

As a reminder, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have completed investigating the case on suspicion of Serhiy Burkhan, the head of the Verkhniodniprovskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

We also reported that the HACC reduced the bail of People's Deputy Bondar to 60.56 million.
