The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for March 16 in the case of accusations against Volodymyr Luhansky, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, of illegally receiving 576 thousand hryvnias.

To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on the charge of (Volodymyr Luhansky) of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for March 16, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court

– the decision states.

Let us remind you that Volodymyr Luhansky is a person involved in the EBK base.

It was previously reported that the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against Volodymyr Luhansky, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, for illegally receiving 576 thousand hryvnias.
