HACC extends duties for MP Kuznietsov
The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended until April 23 the term of the duties assigned to People's Deputy Oleksiy Kuznetsov in the case of bribery and embezzlement of funds for the purchase of drones for the National Guard.
As is known, the anti-corruption court took People's Deputy Kuznetsov into custody with the alternative of 8 million UAH of bail. These funds were deposited and he was released from custody. The politician is obliged to: arrive at the first request; not leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; report a change in his place of residence and/or place of work; refrain from communicating with an established list of persons; hand over foreign passports or other documents that provide permission to travel abroad; wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the bracelet was removed from him and replaced with the obligation not to leave Kyiv and the Kyiv region without permission with a ban on leaving the borders of Ukraine.
Partially grant the motion. Extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect until April 23, 2026 inclusive (Kuznetsova – ed.)

Earlier, the Supreme Court of Ukraine took People's Deputy Oleksiy Kuznetsov into custody. As an alternative, he was given a bail of UAH 8 million. The specified funds were paid and he was released from custody.
As a reminder, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to People's Deputy Oleksiy Kuznetsov, Head of the Mukachevo District State Administration Serhiy Gaidai, and others. According to the investigation, during 2024–2025, participants in the organized group established a scheme for the systematic appropriation of budget funds allocated by local governments for the needs of the defense forces, as well as receiving and providing illegal benefits.
