The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against Volodymyr Luhansky, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, for illegally receiving 576 thousand hryvnias.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, but it did not specify the name of the person involved. According to media reports, it is Luhansky.

The SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the NABU pre-trial investigation, sent an indictment to the court accusing a member of the High Qualification Commission for Judges of abuses that caused more than half a million hryvnias in losses to the state budget. The member of the High Qualification Commission for Judges was charged under Part 4 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
