The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for April 10 in the case of the former head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Viktoria Belyavtseva, and three other people accused of embezzling more than UAH 15 million for the purchase of humanitarian aid.

To schedule a preparatory court hearing at the High Anti-Corruption Court for April 10, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in criminal proceedings on charges of (Belyavtseva – ed.) in committing criminal offenses under Part 5 of Article 191, Part 4 of Article 358, Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; (Svitlana Sobipan – ed.) in committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; (Dmytro Kozhin – ed.) in committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; (Myroslava Stepanyshyn – ed.) in committing criminal offenses under Part 5 of Article 191, Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

– the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice states.

We previously reported that the SAPO sent an indictment to the court against Viktoria Belyavtseva and three other people for embezzling more than UAH 15 million for the purchase of humanitarian aid.
