HACC scheduled hearing in ex-«Ukrenergo» director’s case

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for March 25 in the case of accusations of abuse against the former director of the security department of PJSC "National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" Serhiy Totsky and his accomplice Viktor Yakovlyuk.

This decision was made by the Supreme Court of Justice, reports Slovo i Dilo.

To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on charges of (Totsky – ed.) committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 28 Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Yakovlyuk – ed.) committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Article 27 Part 2 of Article 28 Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, at 3:00 p.m. on March 25, 2025 at the premises of the Higher Criminal Court of Ukraine

Recently, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to the court against Serhiy Totsky and his accomplice Viktor Yakovlyuk for abuse.
