HACC Schedules Hearing in Maksymenko Case
The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for July 29 to consider criminal proceedings against Natalya Maksymenko, the deputy head of the Zaporizhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, for extortion and receiving $40,000 in illegal benefits.
This decision was recently made by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on the charge of (Maksimenko) of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine at 08:00 on July 17, 2025 at the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court
The next meeting is scheduled for July 29 at 10:30 a.m.
Natalia Maksymenko is a figurehead of the EBK base.
It was previously reported that the SAPO has sent criminal proceedings to court on suspicion of Natalia Maksymenko extorting and receiving $40,000 in illegal gain.
