HACC Reduces Bail for Lawyer Pedus

The High Anti-Corruption Court has reduced the bail set for lawyer Oleksiy Pedus from UAH 775,600 to UAH 626,600. The SAPO accuses him of inciting the accused to bribe prosecutors of the Slobozhansk District Prosecutor's Office of Dnipropetrovsk region.

As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested lawyer Pedus with the alternative of 1.07 million UAH of bail. These funds were deposited for the lawyer and he was released from custody under obligations. Later, the amount of bail was reduced to 775,600 UAH . The bailor and Pedus himself requested to change the amount of bail.

To grant the motion. To reduce the amount of the preventive measure in the form of bail for the accused (Pedus) from the amount determined by the decision of the judge of the HACC dated April 16, 2025 in this case in the amount of UAH 775,600 to UAH 626,600
