HACC Sets Skorobahach Case Hearing

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for October 23 in the case of the accusation of the former Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Volodymyr Skorobagach, as well as the former and current directors of Powerstock LLC Denis Khokhlachev and Iryna Khasyanova, respectively, of causing losses to PJSC NPC Ukrenergo in the amount of over UAH 58 million.

To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on charges of (Skorobahach) in committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 3 of Article 27 Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 27 Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Khasyanova) in committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Khokhlachev) in committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 5 of Article 27 Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine at 10:00 on October 23, 2025 in the courtroom of the High Court of Criminal Appeals

Earlier, the SAPO sent the court an indictment against the members of an organized group whose criminal actions during the sale of electricity during the war caused losses of over UAH 58 million to PJSC NPC Ukrenergo. The case accuses the former deputy chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Volodymyr Skorobagach, the former director of Powerstock LLC Denys Khokhlachev, and the current head of this company Iryna Khasianova.
