HACC Extends Vysotskyi and But’s Duties

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended until November 10 the remaining duties assigned to Volodymyr Vysotsky, Deputy Head of the Aviation and Technical Support Department of the Central Aviation Support and Air Defense Armaments Department of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Anti-Corruption Court set a bail of UAH 2 million for Deputy Head of the Logistics Forces Department Vysotsky. He was also given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; not to leave the Kyiv region without permission; to report any change of his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with another suspect in this case and witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the electronic bracelet was removed from him , but the remaining obligations were extended. Therefore, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that these remaining obligations be extended.
The motion is granted. To extend for two months the term of the duties imposed on the suspect (Vysotsky), on the basis of Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. To determine the term of the duties imposed by the court on the suspect until November 10, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation
The HACC also extended the term of office of the former head of the repair department of the Central Directorate for Aviation and Air Defense Armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Konstantin But, until November 10. He has the same list of obligations as Vysotsky (but the restrictions on movement are wider - he can travel to Kyiv, as well as to Lviv and Chernihiv regions.
