HACC extended duties for deputy regional head's assistant

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended until December 27 the term of office of Oleksandr Chyzhelikov, assistant to the deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council Vladyslav Kutsenko, who is accused of providing illegal benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court released Chyzhelikov on personal recognizance. He was given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; to report his departure from Zaporizhia; to report any change in his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects in the case and to hand over his international passports.
Later, the court left only two obligations: to notify the prosecutor or the court of a change in one's place of residence and/or place of work; and to hand over foreign passports for safekeeping. Therefore, the SAPO prosecutor requested to extend these obligations for another two months.
To extend the term of the duties assigned to the accused (Chyzhelikov). The term of the resolution shall be set until December 27, 2025 inclusive.
