HACC extends probe into ‘Dzvin’ system case

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended until August 19 the pre-trial investigation into the case of suspicion of former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Radion Tymoshenko, and others regarding the automated system "Dzvin".
The request of the senior detective of the NABU to extend the term of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is partially granted. To extend the term of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings up to 6 months, i.e. until August 19, 2025 inclusive
We will remind, in February, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions to former Deputy Chief of the General Staff Radian Tymoshenko and former Chief of the Signal Troops of the Armed Forces Volodymyr Rapko in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
Radion Tymoshenko and Volodymyr Rapko are figures in the EBK base.
