HACC refused to appoint a sound recording examination in the case of Golovka

The Great Anti-Corruption Court (HACC), having recognized the expert examination of the sound recording on the right, shows the colossal head of the Ternopil region for the sake of Mykhailo Golovko. He is accused of taking illegal benefits and illegally hoarding ammunition.

The text of the decision states to the court: “Dismiss without satisfaction the court’s fuss about the recognition of the examination of sound recording in criminal proceedings.”
