HACC refused to return diplomatic passport to MP Marchenko

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court refused to return the diplomatic passport to Lyudmila Marchenko, a member of parliament from the Servant of the People faction, whom the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses of abuse of influence for receiving $11,300 in illicit benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court has once again imposed obligations on Marchenko. She is obliged to: appear upon each request; report any change in her place of residence and work; refrain from communicating with witnesses; hand over her passports and other documents that give the right to travel abroad, including a diplomatic passport. Marchenko's defense lawyer requested that the obligation to surrender a diplomatic passport be lifted.
To refuse to grant the defense attorney's motion to cancel the additional obligation imposed on the accused (Marchenko), namely: to deposit the diplomatic passport with the relevant state authorities
Lyudmila Marchenko is a figurehead of the EBK base.
Previously, the HACC extended the term of office of Lyudmila Marchenko, a member of the People's Deputy from the Servant of the People faction, until December 14.
