HACC upholds seizure of MP Anna Skorokhod’s phones
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has rejected MP Anna Skorokhod's request to lift the seizure of her property. The case concerns two phones that law enforcement officers seized from the politician during searches of her home. She is suspected of inciting to give a bribe.

At the beginning of the hearing, the lawyer of the people's representative and she herself asked the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court to annul the court's decision on the first instance ruling on the seizure of her gadgets in its entirety. For its part, the prosecutor requested that the appeals of Skorokhod and her lawyer be rejected.
After hearing the motions of both parties, the court denied the MP and her defense attorney their complaints, upholding the decision of the first instance court, ruling that it was not subject to appeal.
In a comment to Suspilny after the meeting, which lasted a total of 4 minutes, Skorokhod stated that she was "not against" rejecting the motion, but noted that the children's tablet, which was seized along with the smartphones on December 15, 2025, had already been returned to her.
Anna Skorokhod is a figurehead of the EBK base.
Earlier, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court changed the preventive measure for People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod, who is suspected of receiving illegal benefits. She was set a bail of 4 million hryvnias. It is known that Skorokhod previously wore an electronic bracelet. The suspected People's Deputy, commenting on her case, stated that she "never demanded money or gave bribes."
