HACC to try ex-head of SpetsTechnoExport in absentia
The High Anti-Corruption Court will try in absentia the former director of the state enterprise "Spetstechnoexport" Pavlo Barbul , his former deputy Anton Voronin, and entrepreneur Viktor Markelov in the case of embezzlement of over UAH 146 million of funds from state-owned defense sector enterprises.
