The court extended the duties of ex-head of the State Geocadastre

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of the former acting first deputy head of the State Enterprise "Research and Design Institute of Land Management" Oleg Levchenko until September 3. The NABU and the SAPO suspect him of organizing the seizure of more than 1,200 hectares of land near Kyiv.

These funds were deposited and he was released from custody under the following obligations: to appear upon each request; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with the suspects in this criminal proceeding and to hand over his foreign passports. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office once again requested to extend these obligations.
The motion is granted. To extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect (Levchenko – ed.) for two months, on the basis of Part 5 of Article 194 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. To determine the term of the duties imposed by the court on the suspect until September 3, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation
