HACC reduces bail for prosecutor Shenenko
The High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail amount set for Roman Shenenko, a prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office, in the case of inciting a person under investigation to bribery to UAH 3.68 million.
As is known, the anti-corruption court took Roman Shenenko, a prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office, into custody with the alternative of 4 million UAH of bail. These funds were deposited and Shenenko was assigned a number of obligations. His defense attorney requested a change in the preventive measure.
The motion is partially granted. Change the alternative preventive measure in the form of bail imposed on the suspect (Shenenko), setting the bail at UAH 3,679,020.
