HACC Lowers Bail for Ex-Kyiv Deputy Olenych

The High Anti-Corruption Court has reduced the bail amount set for former Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Petro Olenych from UAH 15 million to UAH 14 million. NABU and SAPO suspect him of involvement in the land case of businessman Denys Komarnytsky.

As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested Olenych with the alternative of 15 million UAH bail. These funds were paid and he was released from custody . The suspect's defense lawyer filed a motion to change the preventive measure.

The motion is partially granted. The preventive measure in the form of bail, applied to the suspect (Olenych), according to the ruling of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated 07.02.2025 in the case in the amount of UAH 15,000,000, is to be changed to a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 14,000,000
