SAPO to Send Maksymenko Case to Court in July

After July 14, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will send to court criminal proceedings on suspicion of Natalia Maksymenko, Deputy Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, in extortion and receiving $40,000 in illegal benefits.
It was until this date that the decision of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court limited the time for the defense to review the investigation materials.
The motion is partially granted. The defense party is to be granted a period of up to and including July 14, 2025 to review the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings to which they have been granted access, after which the defense party will be deemed to have exercised its right to access them.
Natalia Maksymenko is a figurehead of the EBK base.
Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court lifted restrictions on movement within Ukraine, but extended the remaining duties assigned to the Deputy Head of the Zaporizhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, Natalia Maksymenko, until May 24.
