Supreme Court sets hearing in Denysiuk case
The Supreme Court has scheduled for September 22 the consideration of the cassation appeal of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office against the verdict acquitting the judge of the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Region, Tetyana Denisyuk, of charges of abuse related to the gas case of former MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court acquitted the judge of the Economic Court of Kharkiv Region Denysiuk. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed an appeal against this verdict. The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dismissed the prosecutor's appeal. Therefore, the SAPO appealed the verdict to the Supreme Court.
To complete the preparation and schedule the criminal proceedings on the cassation appeal of the prosecutor against the ruling of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated January 30, 2026 regarding (Denysiuk) for consideration in cassation by the Supreme Court by the panel of judges of the Second Judicial Chamber of the Criminal Court of Cassation at 11:00 on September 22, 2026
