₴20 million bail paid for former Odesa military commissar Borysov
A bail of over 20 million hryvnias was posted for the former military commissar of the Odessa region, Yevhen Borisov, in the case of unauthorized abandonment of the part.
This was reported by Ukrainska Pravda, citing sources in the State Bureau of Investigation.
The bail in the amount determined by the court - UAH 20,136,200 was posted on November 4, the Bureau reported. According to a source in the UA, the bail was posted by Evagrain LLC.
In total, in three out of four criminal proceedings against Borisov, more than 100 million UAH of bail has already been paid (previously - 36,364,000 and 44,420,760 UAH).
In the case of the UAP, the Primorsky District Court of Odessa on October 31 chose a preventive measure for the former military commissar of the Odessa region Yevhen Borisov - a bail of 20 million hryvnias. The session on choosing a preventive measure lasted almost a month - from October 3. The prosecution complained that Borisov was delaying the process by not appearing at court hearings.
