HACC Appeals Keeps Krupa in Custody

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, Tetyana Krupa, in custody and did not change the bail of UAH 56 million.
On August 20, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the decision of the investigating judge of the HACC of July 10, 2025 on the extension of the term of the preventive measure for the former head of one of the regional centers of medical and social expertise in the form of detention with the alternative of paying a bail of UAH 56 million. Based on the results of the consideration, the panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Justice dismissed the appeal of the defense, and the decision of the investigating judge of the HACC remained unchanged.
In the event of bail, the suspect is subject to the following obligations: to appear when summoned; not to leave the borders of Khmelnytskyi without permission; to refrain from communicating with a number of people; to report a change of residence; and to hand over foreign passports for safekeeping.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
As a reminder, the State Bureau of Investigation announced the exposure of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Tetyana Krupa, and her son Oleksandr, who holds a managerial position in the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Khmelnytskyi region, in illegal enrichment.
