SAP sent ex-Dnipropetrovsk RMA official's case to court

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against the former first deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Orlov .

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, but it did not specify the name of the RMA or the name of the official. According to media reports, this concerns the Orlov and Dnipropetrovsk RMAs.

On March 12, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor sent an indictment to the court against the former deputy head of one of the regional state administrations, who was caught asking for 200 thousand US dollars for issuing an order to allocate a forest plot of state property to a private company for long-term use. It should be noted that the crime of direct receipt of illegal benefit was not completed. The actions of the former owner were qualified under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

We will remind you that last year the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court increased the bail amount from UAH 15 to 22 million , set as a preventive measure for Volodymyr Orlov.
