The High Anti-Corruption Court did not expedite the referral of the indictment against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko. NABU and SAPO suspect him of illegal enrichment of UAH 72.1 million, as well as of false declarations.

As indicated, on December 9, 2024, NABU and SAPO completed the investigation into the case of AMCU Chairman Kyrylenko. In total, the case materials consist of 25 volumes. They also contain electronic evidence on electronic media.

According to the NABU detective, the defense is delaying the procedure for familiarizing itself with the investigation materials. Therefore, he asked to set a deadline for the defense to familiarize itself with them. At the same time, the defense lawyers reported that they cannot access some of the materials because they cannot be opened by standard programs.
