Court sets bail for ex-Deputy Chief of General Staff

The High Anti-Corruption Court applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 2 million to former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Radion Tymoshenko, in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
The decision was made by the High Anti-Corruption Court, the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reports, but does not mention the name of the suspect. According to media reports, it is Tymoshenko.
On March 11, 2025, the investigating judge of the Supreme Judicial Council partially satisfied the request of the NABU detectives, approved by the SAPO prosecutor, and applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 2 million to the former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General.
Tymoshenko was also given the following obligations: to arrive at the first call; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects in the case and witnesses regarding the circumstances set forth in the report of suspicion; and to hand over his international passports for safekeeping.
We will remind, in February, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions to former Deputy Chief of the General Staff Radian Tymoshenko and former Chief of the Signal Troops of the Armed Forces Volodymyr Rapko in the case of the automated system "Dzvin".
Radion Tymoshenko and Volodymyr Rapko are figures in the EBK base.
