HACC Extends Duties for Lawyer Fedyniak

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of lawyer Ruslan Fedyniak until October 1. NABU and SAPO suspect him of inciting a citizen to provide an illegal benefit to a judge of one of the district courts of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
As is known, the anti-corruption court set bail at UAH 242,240 for lawyer Fedyniak. He was also given the following obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave the Ivano-Frankivsk region without permission; to report a change of residence; to refrain from communicating with witnesses; to hand over foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that the suspect's duties be extended.
The request of the SAPO prosecutor is granted. The term of the duties assigned to the suspect (Fedynyak) is extended for two months, i.e. until October 1, 2025.
At the same time, the court did not extend the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet.
Let us remind you that Ruslan Fedynyak is a person involved in the EBK base.
Previously, the AC HACC left unchanged the preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 242,240 with the imposition of duties, applied to lawyer Ruslan Fedynyak.
