HACC Extends Duties for Onysymiuk

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of Oleksiy Onisymyuk, former deputy director of the Production Support Center branch of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC, until September 25. He is suspected of involvement in the case of MP Viktor Bondar.
As is known, on August 14, 2024, Onisymyuk was released on personal recognizance. He was given the following obligations: not to leave the city of Kyiv without permission; to arrive upon first request; to report a change of residence; to hand over his foreign passports. Later, his obligation not to leave the city of Kyiv was changed to not to leave the borders of Ukraine without permission. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that they be extended.
Grant the motion. Extend the term of the duties assigned to the suspect (Onisymyuk – ed.) until September 25, 2025 inclusive.
