The High Anti-Corruption Court refused to remove Pavlo Kyrylenko from the position of Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).

This was reported by the public organization Transparency International Ukraine.

At the same time, the judges imposed obligations on him until October 11 as an accused. According to them, Kyrylenko must, in particular, refrain from communicating with certain witnesses and not travel outside Ukraine without the court's permission, the report says.

It was previously reported that the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is requesting the removal of the accused Pavlo Kyrylenko from the position of Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee so that he cannot influence a judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

Pavlo Kyrylenko is a suspect in the EBK database.

We also reported that investigators have completed the investigation into Pavlo Kyrylenko. He is suspected of failing to declare 20 real estate properties and a BMW X3 registered to his wife's relatives.
