HACC Reduces Koboliev’s Bail image

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of the former Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolev until October 8. At the same time, his bail was reduced to UAH 80 million.

As is known, the anti-corruption court reduced Kobolev's bail to UAH 107 million, but left the list of obligations unchanged: to report a change in his place of residence; to refrain from communicating with a number of people and to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.

The court later returned Kobolev's passports but extended his remaining duties. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that his duties be extended, and the defense requested that his bail be reduced.

To extend the term of the duties assigned to the accused (Kobolev). To set the term of the resolution until October 8, 2025 inclusive. To change the amount of bail for the accused, determined by the resolution of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated September 25, 2023 in criminal proceedings, from 107,127,044.78 hryvnias 78 kopecks to 80,000,000 hryvnias
