The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled the case on the charges of Deputy Chairman of the Rivne Regional Council Serhiy Svystaliuk of receiving 500 thousand hryvnias of illegal gain for consideration on the merits.

To schedule a trial in open court on the basis of the indictment in criminal proceedings on charges (of Svistaliuk – ed.) of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 4 of Article 368, Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for March 17, 2025 at 09:00 in the courtroom of the High Anti-Corruption Court

We also reported earlier that the Supreme Court of Appeals has assigned criminal proceedings to consider on the merits against judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal Viktor Hlynyany, Yuriy Slyva, Vyacheslav Dzyubin, and Igor Palenyk for receiving $35,000 in illegal benefits.
