The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left Roman Zheliznyak, the former head of the production structural unit of the Cherkasy Rail Repair and Mechanical Plant, a branch of the Center for Repair and Operation of Rail Vehicles of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, in custody, but reduced his bail from UAH 5 million to UAH 3 million.

As is known, the anti-corruption court extended Zheliznyak's arrest . An alternative was set at UAH 5 million in bail. The suspect's defense attorney filed an appeal against this decision.

The appeal of the suspect's defense lawyer (Zheliznyak - ed.) - to be partially satisfied.
