HACC Appeals Chamber Keeps MP Bondar in Custody image

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left MP Viktor Bondar in custody and did not change his bail in the amount of UAH 60.6 million.

This was reported by the press service of the AC HACC, but the politician's name was not mentioned. According to media reports, this is Bondar, whose arrest was recently extended for two months with the option of bail in the specified amount.

The AC HACC considered the appeals of the defense and prosecution against the decision of the investigating judge of the HACC dated 02.06.2025 on the extension of the term of the preventive measure in the form of detention for the People's Deputy of Ukraine with the alternative of paying bail in the amount of UAH 60.6 million. Based on the results of the consideration, the panel of judges of the AC HACC dismissed the appeals of the parties, and the decision of the investigating judge of the HACC remained unchanged.
