The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the decision to confiscate part of the value of a shopping center in the amount of UAH 7.3 million, which belongs to the wife of the head of Khmelnytskyi Department No. 1 of the State Migration Service in Khmelnytskyi region, Vadym Sidletskyi, Victoria.

As is known, the anti-corruption court recognized a shopping center in the village of Chorny Ostriv near Khmelnytsky as an unfounded asset. The specified shopping center belongs to the wife of an official of the Khmelnytsky SMS Sidletsky. Its total area is 913.8 square meters, and its cost is estimated at UAH 13.7 million. The court decided to recover part of the asset's value of UAH 7.3 million from the state's income. The defendant filed an appeal against this decision.
