Appeals court to review jurisdiction in Vecherko case

The High Anti-Corruption Court has filed a motion to change jurisdiction in criminal proceedings against former MP Volodymyr Vecherko for organizing abuses that led to over UAH 12 million in losses.

Previously, the Appeals Chamber of the HACC granted permission to conduct an in absentia investigation into former People's Deputy Volodymyr Vecherko.
