The High Anti-Corruption Court found Pavlo Ivchenko, the former head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Kirovohrad region, guilty of abuse of influence and fined him UAH 93,500.

The court's press service reported this, but did not name the accused. According to media reports, it is Ivchenko, in whose case an agreement was previously approved with two assistant judges.

On May 6, the panel of judges of the HACC announced the verdict against the former head of the Oleksandrivskyi District Court of Kirovohrad region, finding him guilty under Part 2 of Article 369-2 (abuse of influence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
