Former border guard appeals UAH 2 mln bail
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider a complaint against a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 2 million with the assignment of duties, applied to the head of the Solomonovo Border Service Department of the State Border Service, Oleksandr Marushchak.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court set a bail of UAH 2 million for border guard Marushchak. His defense attorney filed an appeal against this decision.
