HACC extends obligations for ex-deputy minister Dmytrasevych
The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of former Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Markiyan Dmytrasevych until May 13. NABU and SAPO accuse him of involvement in the case of former Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solsky.
The Anti-Corruption Court took Dmytrasevich into custody. As an alternative, they set a bail of UAH 20.28 million. These funds were deposited and the suspect was released from custody. He was given the following obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave Kyiv without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects, witnesses, and designated persons regarding the circumstances of the case; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the bracelet was removed from him and the obligation not to leave Kyiv without permission was canceled. Therefore, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office once again requested to extend the remaining obligations.
The motion of the SAPO prosecutor to extend the term of office is granted. The term of office of the accused (Dmytrasevich) is extended for two months, i.e. until May 13, 2026 inclusive.
