In 2018, the doctor bought two more apartments in the historical center of Kamianets-Podilskyi. In 2023, the woman received as a gift a plot of land with an estate in Transcarpathia in the village of Chinadiyovo. It was donated by a local resident, Nataliya Martyn, who deals in clothes and shoes and lives in a neighboring house. In the declaration, the land with the house is valued at 400,000 hryvnias. However, estates of a similar size are for sale here for 110,000 dollars.

Journalists also found another cottage of Kindzerska in Chinadiyovo. A sign hangs on the facade: apartments for rent. However, this business is not in the declaration or in the registers, although the house was bought three years ago.
