Head of MMC in Kharkiv Aided Draft Dodgers in Out Country

In the Kharkiv region, the head of the military medical commission of one of the regional TCP and joint ventures was exposed, who facilitated the departure of 15 conscripts abroad.

The investigation established that the medic, heading the military medical commission in one of the district territorial centers of recruitment and social support of the Kharkiv region, entered false data into the medical documents of conscripts from March to June 2022.

This allowed 15 men of conscription age to be removed from the military register and go abroad without hindrance.

The doctor is accused of organizing the illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine by providing means, committed by an official, repeatedly, as well as official forgery — drawing up and issuing knowingly false official documents (Part 2 of Article 332, Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The investigation is ongoing.

Earlier, we reported that in Vinnytsia, SBI employees, together with the National Police, detained the head of the military medical commission and doctors who are suspected of helping the ex-deputy of the Zhmeryn city council Viktor Zherebniuk, accused of organizing a contract killing, to flee abroad.

"EBK" also reported that in Rivne law enforcement officers exposed four doctors involved in the scheme of illegal registration of disability to avoid mobilization. According to the regional prosecutor's office, doctors falsified medical documents, entering fictitious data about tests and examinations in the medical history, which allowed men of military age to obtain grounds for traveling abroad.
