In the Poltava region, officials of one of the district TCP and SS are suspected of organizing an illegal scheme to evade mobilization.

This was reported by the department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Poltava region.

According to the investigation, the suspects entered fictitious marks about passing the military service into the military registration system, indicating that these individuals were not wanted. This allowed those liable for military service to temporarily avoid mobilization - to receive a deferment for a period of up to two months.

The cost of such services ranges from $1,500 to $5,000. One of the suspects was detained while receiving $1,500 in cash.

During searches of the officials' workplaces and residences, law enforcement officers seized documentation confirming military registration and medical records, mobile phones with evidence, as well as funds.

One of the defendants has now been charged under Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — "Abuse of Influence." Other possible participants in the scheme are also being identified.

Earlier, in the Sumy region, a TCP employee was detained for taking a bribe in a evasion case.
