Customs Head Granted ₴60K Bail by HACC
A judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a preventive measure on the acting head of the State Customs Service, Serhiy Zvyagintsev. The press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram.
The investigating judge of the High Court of Criminal Appeals supported the position of the SAPO prosecutor and set bail in the amount of 60,560 hryvnias.
It is noted that this is the maximum bail amount provided by law for the crime in which Zvyagintsev is suspected.
In addition, the court imposed a number of relevant procedural obligations on the official.
Let us remind you that Zvyagintsev is suspected of false declaration.
According to the investigation, in 2021–2023 he did not indicate in his declaration information about a residential building near Kyiv with an area of 236.8 sq. m.
