The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of People's Deputy from the Servant of the People faction, Lyudmila Marchenko, until September 8. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses her of abuse of influence for receiving $11,300 in illegal benefits.

As is known, the anti-corruption court has once again imposed obligations on Marchenko. She is obliged to: appear upon every request; report any change in her place of residence and work; refrain from communicating with witnesses; and surrender her foreign passports. The SAPO prosecutor once again requested to extend the period of obligations for another two months.

The motion is granted. The term of the duties assigned to the accused is extended until September 8, 2025 (Marchenko – ed.)

– the decision states.

Let us remind you that Lyudmila Marchenko is a figurehead of the EBK base.
